夹带剂在银杏叶超临界CO_2萃取中的应用研究

摘    要:在超临界CO2 流体萃取银杏叶有效成分的过程中 ,使用乙醇和丙酮为夹带剂 ,考察不同夹带剂对萃取效率的影响。结果表明 :乙醇作为夹带剂能够较大提高萃取效率 ,而丙酮作为夹带剂对萃取效率的作用则相对较小 ,并由此对夹带剂的作用机理 ,夹带剂的选择原则做了一定程度的探讨

Abstract:Ethanol and acetone are used as cosolvents to review the influences of various cosolvents upon extraction efficiency during extracting of active compounds from Ginkgo Biloba leaves in supercritical CO 2. The results indicate that ethanol can greatly increase the extraction efficiency,while acetone increases the extraction efficiency much less comparatively,thereby make researches to a certain extent on the cosolvent principium,the selective principle.
