实验性化学性胆囊切除的病理观察

用健康幼年杂种猪７只，用硬化剂胆囊灌注后于不同的时间处死动物取标本作病理检查。结果显示：１周内胆囊粘膜处在破坏消化过程中，２周内主要以炎症反应为主，４－８周以慢性炎症反应伴大量肉芽组织及疤痕形成，１０周以后炎症反应消退，疤痕组织形成。

Experimental Study of Chemical Cholecystotomy of Pathologic Observation

The experimental objectS were seven healthy juvenile pigs. Hardener was infused into the gall bladder. After infusion the Samples were collected by Pathological examination, accolding to the different duration under anesthestize. The result showed that the mucous destructive and digestive process remained within one week, the inflammatory reaction in tWo weeks, the chronic inflammatory reaction companied a great deal of granulation tissue and scar formation occurred in 4th ~ 8th week, 10 weeks latter, the inflammatory reaction reduced, and scar tissue formed. This stuty indicated that chemical cholecystotomy was safe and reliable.
