头孢西丁对革兰阴性杆菌的体外抗菌活性分析

目的 分析头孢西丁对临床分离革兰阴性杆菌的体外抗菌活性并与其它常用头孢菌素比较，以指导临床抗菌药物的应用。方法 用WalkAway-40全自动微生物鉴定药敏系统对本院1998年1月－1999年6月临床分离572株革兰阴性杆菌进行鉴定及微量稀释法测MIC，药敏结果根据NCCLS标准解释，并用DMS计算机软件进行分析。结果 头孢西丁对大肠埃希氏菌的敏感率达76％，其MIC90为16μg/ml。对肺炎克雷伯氏菌的敏感率达83％。结论 头孢西丁对革兰阴性杆菌的抗菌活性优于第二代头孢菌素的代表药头孢呋肟，对大肠埃希氏菌的抗菌活性甚至优于第三代头孢菌素的头孢哌酮。

In vitro activities of cefoxitin against clinical isolates of tram-negative bacillus

Objective To study in vitro antilaclecia against clinical isolates of gram－ negative bacillus, and compare it with other cephalosporins to direct clinical use of antibacterial agents. Methods 572 lines of gram－ negative bacillus were obtained from Quzhou People's Hospital (from January 1998 to June 1999). WalkAway 40 system was used to identify bacteria, and NCCLS was regarded as standard for antimicrobial disk susceptibility tests. Results 76％ of E.coli were susceptible to cefoxitin with an MIC of 16μ g/ml, while 83％ of Klebsiella pneumoniae were susceptible to cefoxitin. Conclusion In vitro antiliecteic were better than cefuroxime（ representative drug of secondary generation cephalosporins） , and its activities against E.coli were even better than cefoperazone (one of third generation cephalosporins).
