| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察附子汤与芍药甘草汤合用的镇痛、抗炎作用。方法 :采用扭体法、热板法和二甲苯致炎法分别检测附子汤、芍药甘草汤及二者合用对小鼠的镇痛率、对痛域提高的百分率和肿胀抑制率。结果 :附子汤与芍约甘草汤合用有镇痛、抗炎作用 ,且强于二方单用。结论 :附子汤与芍药甘草汤合用可使其镇痛、抗炎作用增强。

| Abstract: | Objective: It is to investigate the analgesic and anti inflammatory functions of monkshood decoction, decoction containing peony and licorice and the mixture of two decoctions. Methods: The analgesic rate of the three decoctions were determined with turn body method, the boosted percentage of threshold of pain was determined with scorching board method, and the anti inflammatory function was determined with restrain bloat rate. Results: The mixture of two decoctions had analgesic and anti inflammatory functions, which were stronger than the two decoctions alone using. Conclusion: Monkshood decoction and decoction containing peony and licorice together using can strong those analgesic and anti inflammatory functions. |
