乳腺浸润性导管癌中miR-125b的表达及其临床意义

目的：探讨miR-125b在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性。方法：应用Realtime RT—PCR方法检测42例乳腺浸润性导管癌及癌旁非肿瘤乳腺组织中miR-125b的表达，分析miR-125b表达与乳腺癌常用的临床病理指标的关系。结果：miR-125b在癌组织中的表达低于非肿瘤组织，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；miR-125b的表达与乳腺癌的淋巴结转移状态及Her-2的表达相关（P=0．019和P=0．033），miR-125b的表达与年龄、肿块大小、临床病理分期及雌、孕激素状态未见显著相关性。结论：miR-125b在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达异常，可能和乳腺癌的侵袭转移等恶性生物学行为有关，有望成为判断乳腺癌预后的指标及治疗靶点。

Expression of miR-125b and its clinical significance in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast cancer

Objective： To explore the expression of miR-125b and the correlativity of clinico-pathologic features in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast cancer. Methods： The expression levels of miR-125b in 42 invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast cancer and their matched non-tumor adjacent tissue specimens were examined using stem-loop real-time RT-PCR. the relationship between the expression of miR-125b and its relevant clinicopathologic features of breast cancer was analyzed. Results： Expression levels of miR-125b was significantly lower in tumor than that of the adjacent normal tissues （P〈 0.01）; Down-regulation expression of miR-125b was associated with lymph node positivity （P=0.010）and expressions of Her-2（P=0.033）in breast cancer patients. There was no significance among the patient age, the size of tumor, breast cancer TNM clinical stage, and the condition of Estrogen/Progesterone receptor. Conclusion： The level of miR-125b expression in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast cancer may be correlated with the metastasis character, and it may be a potential adjuvant parameter in forecasting the prognosis and a therapeutic target.
