乳腺癌的内分泌药物治疗

乳腺癌是威胁妇女健康的主要恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率约占美国全部恶性肿瘤的30%,排第1位,病死率约占15%,列第2位。我国的乳腺癌发病率相对较低,但近年已有明显上升的趋势,而病死率却已开始下降,主要得益于更多患者被早期发现和及时治疗,以及更多有效治疗手段的临床应用。现综述目前国内外乳腺癌的内分泌药物治疗的机制、特点、药物种类、药物互相作用的研究进展及今后发展方向。

Endocrine drugs in Treatment of Breast Cancer

Breast cancer is a major malignant tumor which threaten the woman′s health.Of all of the malignant tumors in America,the morbidity of which was 30% and listed in the No.1,the mortality of which was estimated about 15% and listed in the second.The morbidity was lower in China than that in the other countries,but it is increased in recent years.The mortality are being decreased due to early diagnosis,treatment in time and some useful treatment methods developed.This article reviewed the advancement of mechanism,characteristics,kinds of the drugs,drug interacts and its future development.
