超声Delta技术在肝肿瘤诊断中的应用

目的探讨Delta技术在肝脏肿瘤诊断中的价值.方法使用Delta技术对病灶区或可疑病灶区扫查,并与普通二维图像比较.结果 Delta技术强化了肝肿瘤病灶特征,病灶边缘回声更加清楚,内部回声不均匀性更加明确,特别是在小肝癌,病灶病变特征较普通二维图像明显增强.结论 Delta技术能强化肿瘤病灶病变特征,提高肝小结节病灶检出率,有助于小肝癌诊断.

Delta imaging technology of ultrasound in diagnosing liver tumors

Objective To evaluate the value of Delta image technology in diagnosing liver tumor. Methods Sixty patients with liver tumors were examined by Delta image technology of ultrasound, and the images were compared and analyzed. Results Delta image technology of ultrasound increases features of liver tumor, the border echo of all liver space-occupying lesion was clearer and inner echo of liver tumor was less-distributed. Conclusion Delta imaging technology of ultrasound increase features of liver tumor,and can improve the diagnosis of little liver tumor. So it has special advantages and clinical value in liver tumors.
