氟西汀联合心理干预治疗伴情绪障碍帕金森病患者的临床观察

目的探讨氟西汀联合心理干预对帕金森病患者情绪障碍的疗效。方法将符合CCMD-3抑郁症诊断标准的帕金森病50例患者随机分成两组。研究组在抗帕金森病药物基础上联合氟西汀20mg／d和心理干预治疗，对照组仅用抗帕金森病药物治疗，疗程8周。采用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定疗效。结果经8周治疗后．研究组显效率为80．0％，对照组为32．0％，两组之间有显著性差异（P〈0．01），研究组比对照组抑郁评分下降显著（P〈0．05），两组间HAMD减分率于第2、4、8周末比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05～0．01）。结论氟西汀联合心理干预对帕金森病患者情绪障碍具有良好疗效，而且副反应没有明显增加。

A study on the Efficacy of Fluoxetine Combined with Mental Intervention in Treatment of Emotional Disturbance in Parkinson's Disease

Objective To observe the effects of Fluoxetine combined w ith mental in tervention on the emotional disturbance in the patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods 50 PD patients who conform to depression diagnois e standard of C CMD-3 were randomly divided into research group (anti-Parkinson drug combined w i th Fluoxetine 20mg/d and mental intervention) and control group (single anti-Pa r kinson drug) for 8 weeks. Clinical curative effects were assessed with the Hamil ton Depression Scale (HAMD). Results At the end of 8th week, the effectual rate s of research and control groups were 80.0% and 32.0% respectively, there were s ignificant differences between the two groups (P<0.01), compared with control gr oup, scores of the HANID of the research group significantly decreased (P<0.05), at the end of the 2nd, 4th and 8th week of treatment, there were significant di fference in score-reducing rates between the two groups (P<0.05~0.01). Conclusion Fluoxetine combined with mental intervention has ideal effects on the emotion al disturbance in the patients with Parkinson's disease and doesn't increase sid e effects.
