异盘并殖吸虫母雷蚴及子雷蚴的扫描电镜观察

首次对异盘并殖吸虫的母雷蚴和子雷蚴进行了扫描电镜观察,结果表明两工雷蚴均呈长圆筒形或长圆柱形,前狭后钝,顶端为圆形口孔,口唇具放射状条纹,口唇外缘体壁具纤毛型估上百个,体表形成许多环嵴、环槽和皱嵴,密布具隐窝的囊泡状颗粒其中子雷蚴体表上还同绒毛和小孔样结构,口孔不远处有“产孔”,揭示了两代雷蚴的体被结构大同小异,与已知的卫氏并殖子雷蚴作比较有差别。

Scanning electronmicroscopic observations on mother and daughter redia of paragonimus heterotremus.

This paper first reports results of scanning electronmicroscopic observations on mother and daughter redia of Paragonimus heterotremus.Both generations of the redia are long cylinder or tube shapes,narrow in the anterior and blunt in the posterior end.On the anterior end of redia there is a round oral opening with radiation-like stripes on it's tip.On the tegumental surface outside the tip there are over hundred of papillae with cilia. The surface of redia comprised of many annular ridges,troughes,fold teguments and was densely covered with the vesicular granules with crypt.Besides,on the surface of daughter redia microvilla and pits were observated,and the "birth pore"was near the oral opening.The Surface fine structures of the two generations of redia of P.heterotremus are largely identical but with minor differences and are different from the daughter redia of P.westermani.These findings enrich the knowleges about biology of Paragonimus.
