| 摘 要： | 近年来乳腺癌靶向治疗发展迅速,出现了许多新的药物和治疗靶点,包括新的抗HER-2药物,针对其他酪氨酸激酶如Src和其他信号转导通路如PI3K/Akt/mTOR的抑制剂。与此同时,多靶点联合治疗和单克隆抗体介导的免疫治疗的思路也逐渐得到认可。主要综述这些新药物的效果和临床应用前景,并对治疗新思路和面临的问题和挑战进行探讨。
