| 摘 要： | 采用鼻内窥镜进行鼻窥手术１６０例，其中慢性复发性鼻窥炎患者１０３例，鼻息肉伴鼻炎患者４９例，鼻窦囊肿８例，术扣随肪，复发性鼻窦炎患者６４．１％治愈，３０．１％明显好转；鼻息肉患者全部正常通气，息肉复发率为１０．２％，鼻窦囊肿患者全部治愈。

| Abstract: | One hundred and sixty cases of functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) were analyzed. 103 cases were treated by FESS for recurrent sinusitis .49,for nasal polyp,and 8,for sinus cyst. All patients were followed up for half to one year. For the recurrent sinusitis, 60. 07% were cured.and 30. 09% were relieved appareatly. All the patients with nasal polyp gained normal nasal breath,but 10. 20% were recurrent. And all the patients with sinus cyst were cured. It is a principle to remain the middle turbinate in the FESS. But.it is no use to remain the middle turbinate when the pathological change of the ethmoid is severe ,and there is the pneumatizal middle turbinet with abcess and /or polyp. |
