以顺铂为基础的不同化疗方案在宫颈癌同步放化疗中的疗效

摘    要:目的对宫颈癌同步放化疗中的以顺铂为基础的两种化疗方案进行对比研究,比较发现更合理的化疗方案及给药周期。方法将我院1998~2001年收治的58例拟进行宫颈癌同步放化疗的病人随机分为PVB方案组(33例)和DF方案组(25例),对它们的生存率和毒副反应进行对比研究。结果PVB组中位生存期46个月,平均生存期39个月;DF组中位生存期34个月,平均生存期30.23个月。两组生存率比较,差异有显著性(P=0.0218)。两组的远期毒副反应评价经比较无统计学差异。结论在宫颈癌同步放化疗中的以顺铂为基础的化疗方案中,PVB方案在生存率方面优于DF方案,在远期毒副反应方面两种化疗方案无明显差异。

Abstract:Objective To find better chemotherapy method of cisplatin in different chemotherapy in concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy in cervix cancer.Methods From 1998 to 2001,58 cases with advanced cervical cancer who should be treated by concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy were divided into PVB group(33 cases) and DF group(25 cases).Survival rate and side effect was observed in two groups.Results Middle survival time in group A was 46 months,average survival time was 39 months,34 months and 30.23 months in group B.There was difference in survival rate between group A and B(P=0.0218),longtime side effect had not significant difference in two groups.Conclusion In different chemotherapy included cisplatin for concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy in cervix cancer,PVB treatment is better than DF in survival rate,long-time side effect has not significant difference in two groups.
