对重症支气管哮喘合并糖尿病救治经验回顾

目的探讨重症支气管哮喘合并糖尿病救治经验。方法对我院40例支气管哮喘合并糖尿病患者的救治经验进行分析探讨。结果经过上述治疗,喘息均得到不同程度的缓解,临床控制24例,显效13例,好转3例。空腹血糖控制在5.3～8.2mmol/L。结论随着现代医学科学的发展,对糖尿病和支气管哮喘发病原理、规律以及治疗研究的进一步深入,已经逐步认识到支气管哮喘和糖尿病的本质。在临床治疗中,医务工作者对此应有足够认识,严格控制血糖、治疗并发症、合理应用糖皮质激素,使哮喘症状尽早得到缓解、控制,减轻患者的痛苦。

Review of Severe Bronchial Asthma with Diabetes Mellitus Treatment Experiences

Objective Explore the treatment of severe bronchial asthma with diabetes mellitus experience.Methods analysis 40 cases of bronchial asthma with diabetes mellitus treatment experience in our hospital.Results After the above treatment, breathing were varying degrees of ease, the clinical control of 24 cases, effective in 13 cases, improved in 3 patients. Fasting blood glucose control in the 5.3--8.2mmol/L. Conclusion With the development of modern medical science, we have come to understand the nature of bronchial asthma and diabetes incidence of principles, laws and the treatment, in clinical treatment, medical workers should have adequate knowledge of the strict control of blood glucose, treatment complications, rational use of corticosteroids, so that asthma symptoms have been alleviated as soon as possible, control ,to alleviate the suffering of patients.
