盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗有机磷中毒疗效观察

目的观察盐酸戊乙奎醚救治有机磷中毒的临床效果。方法62例有机磷中毒患者分为2组,盐酸戊乙奎醚组32例采用盐酸戊乙奎醚进行治疗,阿托品组30例采用传统阿托品治疗,并对2组治疗效果进行比较。结果盐酸戊乙奎醚组的抢救成功率明显高于阿托品组(P<0.05),用药次数少于阿托品组(P<0.05),胆碱酯酶恢复时间、症状消失时间、昏迷时间以及机械通气时间明显短于阿托品组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸戊乙奎醚可明显减轻中毒患者早期的呼吸抑制,减少患者机械通气时间,是治疗有机磷中毒,特别是伴发呼吸衰竭患者的有效药物。

Effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride on patients with organophosphate poisoning

Objective To observe the effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride on patients with organophosphate poisoning. Methods Sixty-two patients with organophosphate poisoning were divided into penehyelidine hydrochloride group （32 cases ） and atropine group（30 eases）. The curative effect was compared between two groups. Results Compared with atropine group, the achievement ratio of salvage was higher（ P 〈 0.05 ）, the time of medication was minor（ P 〈 0.05 ）, the coincidnece time of cholinesterase, extinction time of symptom, exanimation time and the time of mechanical ventilation were shorter in penehyclidine hydrochloride group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Penehyclidine hydrochloride is active drug to treat the patients with organophosphate poisoning,it can lessen respiratory depression, and shorten the time of mechanical ventilation.
