| 摘 要： | 目的 :通过益气通淋冲剂对大鼠前列腺增生组织中 Bcl- 2、Bax表达影响的研究 ,探讨益气通淋冲剂治疗前列腺增生的作用机制。方法 :应用免疫组化 SP法对益气通淋冲剂和保列治干预的大鼠前列腺增生组织进行 Bcl- 2及 Bax检测。结果 :1对照组分别与益气通淋冲剂大剂量组和保列治组 Bcl- 2阳性表达的差别有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5、P<0 .0 1) ;对照组与保列治组 Bax阳性表达差别有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 1)。 2益气通淋冲剂大剂量组与保列治组 Bcl- 2 / Bax差别无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :益气通淋冲剂治疗良性前列腺增生 (BPH)可能是通过凋亡相关基因 Bcl- 2、Bax之间的比例变化 ,促进 BPH的细胞凋亡达到治疗目的。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the mechanism that yiqiyonglinchongji treats benign prostatic hyperlassia. Methods A total of 8 case of BPH, 24 case of BPH influenced by yiqiyonglinchongji and proscar were studied.The apoptosis status was detected by means of Immunohistochemistry. Resulsts The expression of Bcl-2 were higher in model group than that of the group treated by high-dose of yiqiyonglinchongji and proscar(P<0.05,P<0.01)respectively. The expression of Bax were higher in the group treated by proscar than that of the model group(P<0.01). The difference of Bcl-2/Bax in the groups treated by high-dose of yiqiyonglinchongji and treared by proscar were not significant(P>0.05). Conclusions Promoting apoptosis was probably the mechanism of yijitonglinchongji treating BPH, Bcl-2 and Bax genes play an important role in the regulation of prostatic apopitosis. |
