| 摘 要： | 本文通过文献研究，简述了孕产妇暴露因素与小于胎龄儿（SGA）的国内外的研究现状，分析并总结了SGA的结局及其与孕产妇暴露因素之间的关系，为降低SGA的发生、实现优生优育提供重要指导和参考。

| Abstract: | Through literature study, this paper summarizes the current status of research on the relationship between maternal exposure factors and small for gestational age infant both in China and abroad. And at the same time, the relationship between pregnancy outcome of small for gestational age and maternal exposure factors was analyzed. This might contribute to reduce the incidence of small for gestational age infant and provide important guidance and references for perinatal care. |
