| 摘 要： | 目的 研制适合我国不同经济水平社区的老年健康综合评估工具,并评价其信度和效度。方法 通过文献回顾和专家特尔菲咨询法,结合我国国情研制社区老年健康综合评估量表。抽取北京市城市、城乡结合部和农村3类不同经济水平社区的老年人,对量表进行信度和效度检验。其中信度检验采用分半信度和克朗巴赫α系数,效度检验包括表面效度、内容效度和结构效度,其中采用因子分析法检验结构效度。结果 量表的信度检验,分半信度系数为0.706,克朗巴赫α系数为0.652,各维度α系数为0.579~0.974。量表表面效度良好,内容效度各条目相关系数均约>0.5,且各条目与所属维度相关性有统计学意义。结构效度的检验结果显示,KMO值为0.614,Bartlett球形检验P<0.001。因子分析提取6个因子,负荷矩阵显示量表的结构效度良好。结论 本研究研发的社区老年人群健康综合评估量表的信度、效度较好。
