| 摘 要： | 目的 了解2015年云南省德宏傣族景颇族自治州（德宏州）未接受抗病毒治疗的HIV感染者的耐药株传播水平。方法 2015年1-7月在德宏州收集72份新报告的16~25岁HIV-1感染者的血浆样品，进行HIV-1基因型耐药检测和耐药株传播水平分析。结果 48份完成了基因型及耐药鉴定，其中中国籍占31.2%（15/48），缅甸籍占68.8%（33/48）。通过进化分析对pol区进行分型，主要的基因型包括URF（52.08%，25/48）、CRF01_AE（16.67%，8/48）、CRF07_BC（10.42%，5/48）、B亚型（6.25%，3/48）、C亚型（6.25%，3/48）、CRF57_BC（6.25%，3/48）和CRF08_BC（2.08%，1/48）。在4个序列中分别检测到1个针对非核苷类反转录酶抑制剂的耐药突变位点（K103N）和2个针对核苷类反转录酶抑制剂的耐药突变位点（T69D和T215I），按照耐药警戒线的统计方法估算耐药株流行率为5%~15%。结论 2015年德宏州16~25岁新报告的HIV-1感染人群中外籍比例较高，HIV-1基因型复杂，HIV-1传播性耐药达中度水平。
