| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨癔症流行发作患者人格特征与心理健康状况的关系。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)对31名在内地就读的藏族学生癔症流行性发作的和随机抽样选出的同年级未发病的43名藏族学生进行测验。结果:研究组存在一定的心理问题,以躯体化、焦虑、恐怖为主,与对照组存在显著差异;癔症学生EPQ中N量表与SCL-90各因子分呈正相关,P量表与人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、偏执、精神病性呈正相关。结论:癔症流行性发作的藏族学生心理健康状况欠佳,有神经质和精神质倾向的人格特征。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between personality and mental health of mass hysteria.Methods:Students of Zang nationality in hysteria group(n=31)and non-hysteria group(n=43)of the same grade were assessed with the Systems Checklist 90(SCL-90)and Eysenck Personality questionnaire(EPQ).Results:The scores for somatization,anxiety,phobic anxiety in SCL-90 were significantly higher in hysteria group than that in non-hysteria group.In hysteria group,the score for oervosity in EPQ had positive correlation with each factor in SCL-90 and the score for psychoticism had positive correlation with the scores for interpersonal sensitivity,depression,hostility,paranoid ideation,psychoticism in SCL-90.Conclusion:The mental health situation of students in hysteria group is poor,with significant personality tendency of neuroticism and psychoticism. |
