中医药治疗肺癌研究近况

原发性支气管肺癌简称肺癌,是指肿瘤细胞起源于支气管黏膜或腺体,是临床上最常见的肺部原发性恶性肿瘤.我国肺癌发病率总体上仍在上升,特别是中国女性的肺癌死亡率与吸烟率不相吻合,值得注意的是腺癌的比例高;对中、晚期肺癌患者多运用综合治疗,包括放疗、化疗、生物免疫治疗、中医药治疗及支持治疗等.随着中医药对肺癌认识的深入,治疗中晚期肺癌患者的疗效得到提高,中医药在改善临床症状、提高患者生存质量方面的优势得到了广泛承认.本文论述包含以下内容:①病因病机;②辨证论治;③靶向治疗;④结语及展望.
