| 摘 要： | 骨髓干细胞具有多向分化潜能,可横向分化为心肌细胞,现已开展骨髓干细胞移植再生心肌治疗研究。但也有一些研究对此提出质疑,认为骨髓干细胞移植入心肌内并不能分化为心肌细胞,初步观察到的有益作用可能是促进了新生血管形成,改善心肌供血的结果。移植过程可能影响冠脉循环,而且可能具有致心律失常。

| Abstract: | Bone marrow stem cells are multipotential and capable of transdifferentiation to myocardium and regeneration myocardium by bone marrow stem cell transplantartion is investigated worldwide.But,some studies argue that bone marrow stem cells can not transdifferentiate to myocardium,its benefit could result from angiogenesis or vaculogenesis.The transplantation procedure is at risk of obstruct coronary circulation and the transplanted stem cells could lead to arrhythmia. |
