摘    要:目的 了解昆明市妇幼保健院儿科护生职业危害的现状,分析职业危害的原因并提出相应的防护对策.方法 采用问卷调查的方法,对儿科护生在血液体液、尖锐物品、体力劳动、噪声、心理和意外损伤6个方面的职业危害情况进行分析.结果 职业危害发生率最高的前三位为血液体液危害、尖锐物品危害及体力劳动危害,分别为25.7%,22.9%和15.7%.结论 应从加强职业安全教育、规范护生的行为、建立良好的工作环境、采用听力防护措施、调整心态、建立防护制度6个方面采取积极的干预措施,防止儿科护生发生职业暴露的危害.

Abstract:Objective To investigate current situation of occupational hazards among nursing students in pediatric department of Kunming Maternity and Child Care Center,and analyze related reasons and put forward countermeasures for their protection.Method A questionnaire survey was conducted among the subjects for their occupational hazards in blood and body fluid,sharp objects,physical labor,noises,psychology,and accidents.Result The three most common occupational hazards in the nursing students were in blood and body fluid,sharp objects,and physical labor with their proportions of 25.7%,22.9% and 15.7%,respectively.Conclusion Suggestions for the prevention of the occupational hazards include workplace safety education,operational protocol development,working environment improvement,hearing protection,psychological adjustment,and workplace safety regulation.
