胆管置管旁路内引流加皮下埋置冲洗管在恶性梗阻性黄疸中的应用研究

目的 探讨胆管置管旁路内引流加皮下埋置冲洗管在恶性梗阻性黄疸中的应用效果。方法 对32例不能手术切除的恶性梗阻性黄疸病人行胆管内置管旁路内引流，同时加经肝圆韧带至左肝管的皮下埋置冲洗管。结果 所有病人黄疸完全消失，随访2a，仅1例皮下装置部位发生感染征，病人生活质量明显提高。结论 本方法疗效可靠，减少了并发症的发生，降低了医疗费用，操作简便、安全。

Application of by- pass internal drainage of bilinary Duct cannula plus subcutaneous embedding irrigating duct for malignant obstructive jaundice

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of by- pass internal drainage of bilinary duct cannula plus subcutaneous embedding irrigating duct for malignant obstructive jaundice. Methods 32 cases with inoperable excisional malignant obstructive jaundice were performed by- pass internal drainage of bilinary duct cannula, and simultaneously plus subcutaneous embedding irrigating duct through ligamentum teres hepatic to reach left hepatic duct. Results The jaundice in all the patients disappeared completely. Followed up for 2 years, only one case had infectious signs on subcutaneous equipment position and the life quality of patients improved significantly. Conclusion This was a reliable method for malignant obstructive jaundice and not only decreased occurrence of complications but reduced hospitalization costs and also was simple and safe.
