| 摘 要： | 目的观察丙泊酚和七氟烷对非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥(OPCABG)患者术后早期认知功能的影响。方法选择60例择期行OPCABG术患者,随机分为丙泊酚组(P组)和七氟烷组(S组),每组30例,分别用丙泊酚或七氟烷麻醉,术中脑电双频指数(BIS)维持于40~55。观察患者术后苏醒情况,并记录术前及拔管后1 h、3 h、6 h、24 h的MMSE评分。结果2组患者术后苏醒时间、拔管时间、拔管后话语时间均无显著性差异;拔管后,2组患者1 h3、h的MMSE评分均低于术前(P均0.05),拔管后6 h MMSE评分恢复至术前水平。2组患者拔管后1 h、3 h、6 h、24 h的MMSE评分均无显著性差异。拔管后1 h,P组有6例(20%)、S组有8例(27%)患者的MMSE评分低于24分。结论全凭丙泊酚或七氟烷麻醉用于OPCABG患者安全有效,术后苏醒快,早期认知功能障碍持续时间短暂。
