肘推法为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

目的：观察肘推法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：采用完全随机抽样法将观察病例分为治疗组54例，对照组50例。治疗组用肘推法为主，对照组采用常规推拿法。结果：治疗组总有效率为92．6％，对照组为86．0％，两组间差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：肘推法治疗腰椎间盘突出症方法独特，疗效显著，安全舒适，优于常规推拿法。
