| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）中胆囊颈部结石嵌顿的处理方法。方法回顾分析腹腔镜手术治疗56例胆囊颈部结石嵌顿性胆囊炎患者的临床资料。结果56例均顺利完成LC,无中转开腹,其中5例胆囊大部分切除加腹腔引流,所有患者均痊愈出院。结论LC治疗胆囊颈部结石嵌顿性胆囊炎是安全可行的,熟练的腹腔镜操作技术是复杂LC成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective] To explore the methods in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)for calculus incarcerated cholecystitis in neck of gallbladder.Methods] The clinical data of 56 patients with calculus incarcerated cholecystitis in neck of gallbladder,who underwent LC,were analyzed retrospectively.Results] 56 cases were treated with LC successfully without transforming laparotomy.Partial cholecystectomy combined with abdominal drainage was performed in 5 cases.All the patients recovered and were discharged.Conclusion] LC is a safe and feasible treating method for calculus incarce rated cholecystitis in neck of gallbladder.Perfect techniques of laparoscopic procedure are crucial factor to complicated LC. |
