摘    要:目的观察持续被动活动(CPM)对下肢骨折愈合的影响.方法股骨干骨折内固定术后患者24例,随机分对照组和CPM组,观察术后1、2、3和4周血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及尿液羟脯氨酸(HOP)的变化.结果CPM组与对照组比较,血ALP和尿HOP检测指标差异显著.CPM可增加血ALP的浓度和尿HOP的合成.结论CPM有促进骨折愈合的作用.

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of continuous passive motion(CPM) on union of fracture of lower limb. Method 24 patients after internal fixation of femoral shaft were divided into control group and CPM treatment group. The changes of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) in plasma and hydroxyproline(HOP) in urine were observed in different group . Results The indexes of treatment group changed significantly as compared with those of control group. CPM increased concentration of ALP and synthesis of HOP. Conclusion CPM can accelerate the healing of fracture.
