| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨非典型部位成软骨细胞瘤的影像表现.资料与方法 回顾分析经病理证实的11例非典型部位的成软骨细胞瘤的影像表现.结果 髌骨6例,肩胛骨2例,腓骨小头、肋骨、头状骨各1例.影像学表现主要为类圆形囊状低密度区,周围可见轻微硬化边;以膨胀性骨质破坏为主,其内有或无分隔,见骨嵴,偶尔见斑点及片状钙化.MRI表现为稍不均匀的长T1、长T2信号.结论 非典型部位的成软骨细胞瘤影像表现具有一定特点.

| Abstract: | Objective To study radiologic feactures of chondroblastoma in atypical sites.Materials and Methods Imaging findings in 11 cases with pathologically proved chondroblastoma in atypical sites were reviewed retrospectively.Results The tumor was demonstrated in the patella in 6 cases,in the scapula in 2 cases,in the fibular head in 1 case,in the rib in 1 case,and in the capitate bone in 1 case.Radiography and CT revealed round-like cystic low density region with slight sclerosis ring around it,or expansive destruction of bone with or without septum.Spotty or patchy calcification was occasionally observed in the lesion.Heterogeneously long T1 and long T2 signal was seen on MRI.Conclusion Radiologic features of chondroblastoma in atypical sites were characteristic. |
