| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨360度视网膜切开术治疗复杂性视网膜脱离的效果.方法 对22例复杂性视网膜脱离患者行玻璃体切除联合360度视网膜切开术,眼内激光、硅油填充进行治疗.结果 术后随访3～14月(平均8.5月),22例患者中视网膜复位20例,占90.9%;13例视力获得改善,占59.1%.结论 360度视网膜切开术是治疗复杂性视网膜脱离的有效方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of retinotomy with 360° for treatment of complicated retinal detachment.Methods 22 eyes of complicated retinal detachment underwent retinotomy 360° with silicone oil intraocular tamponade.Results The retina was attached in 20 of 22 eyes with 8.5 months of follow-up.Visual acuity was improved in 13 eyes.Conclusion Retinotomy 360° is a useful method for the therapy of complicated retinal detachment. |
