人参提取物和人参皂甙对胰岛素休克和血糖的影响

实验证明,红参提取物和糖参提取物对胰岛素休克有保护作用,人参根总皂甙和人参茎叶总皂甙对胰岛素休克有促进作用。红参提取物有回升胰岛素所致低血糖的作用,人参根总皂甙在给胰岛素后25分钟内无回升胰岛素所致低血糖作用。在给胰岛素30分钟后有回升血糖作用。作者认为红参提取物对胰岛素休克的保护作用与其回收血糖作用有关,人参根总皂甙对胰岛素休克的促进作用除与血糖有关外,尚有其他机制。

EFFECTS OF EXTRACTS OF GINSENG AND SAPONINS OF GINSENG ON INSULIN SHOCK AND SERUM GLUCOSE

Extracts of red ginseng and sugar ginseng possess the protective effect on insulin shock.Saponins of ginseng root and saponins of ginseng stem and leaf possess the facilitating effect on insulin shock.Extracts of red ginseng elevated the low level of serum glucose,which was induced by insulin.Saponins of gin- seng root did not elevated the low serum glucose within 25 minutes after insulin administration,but after 30 minutes of insulin administration it elevated the serum glucose.The author considered that the protective effect of extracts of red ginseng on insulin shock concerned with the elevating serum glucose,and that except the facilitating effect of saponins of ginseng root on insulin shock related with the elevating serum glucose,there are some other mechanisms.
