江苏口岸医学媒介生物监测与防控对策

目的通过对江苏口岸医学媒介生物监测资料的分析研究，寻找防控医学媒介生物传人的最佳措施，防止传染病的传入，保护人民身体健康和国家经济安全。方法收集2001～2005年江苏口岸地区本底监测资料和2002～2008年输入性医学媒介生物监测资料并进行分析。结果在第一轮江苏口岸医学媒介生物本底调查中监测到鼠类2目3科14种，蚊类4属17种，蝇类5科20属35种，蜚蠊4属6种，蜱类1科1属1种，革螨7科13属21种。输入性医学媒介生物监测2002年截获596批次、16413只；2003年截获1426批次、110427只；2004年截获3941批次、379331只；2005年截获6237批次、8280017只；2006年截获8485批次、3047317只；2007年截获9498批次、3037967只；2008年截获9921批次、3146613只。结论江苏口岸输入性媒介生物呈现携带载体广、携带率高、截获数量多、种群多样化、病原学检测阳性样本增多的趋势。

The strategy for monitoring and prevention of medical vector biology at Jiangsu port

Objective To research measure for the prevention and control of medical vector biology, prevent importation of infectious diseases, protect human health and economy security of the nation by studying on material of medical vector biology at Jiangsu port. Methods Collecting background material of medical vector biology monitoring in 2005 and importation material of medical vector biology from 2002 to 2008 at Jiangsu port, then analysing the material. Results The background material of medical vector biology monitoring at Jiangsu port had showed that the rodent had 14 species 3 families 2 orders ,the mosquito had 17 species 4 genera,the fly had 35 species 20 genera 5 families,the cockroach had 6 species 4 genera,the tick had 1 specie 1 genus 1 family, the beetle mite had 21 species 13 genera 7 families. The importation material had showed that medical vector biology had 596 batches （ 16 413 pieces） in 2002 , 1 426 batches （110 427 pieces） in 2003 , 3 941 batches （379 331 pieces） in 2004,6 237 batches （8 280 017 pieces） in 2005,8 485 batches （3 047 317 pieces）in 2006, 9 498 batches （3 037 967 pieces） in 2007, 9 921 batches （3 146 613 pieces） in 2008. Conclusion The tendency of important vector biology become more taking along pathogen. The higher ratio of pathogen in vector, the more amount of the capture, the multiplex population and more positive results in detecting arthropod-borne pathogen have been presented at Jiangsu port.
