肝纤维化动物模型研究进展

肝纤维化动物模型的建立对全面研究肝纤维化的病因机制及临床肝纤维化的早期诊断、治疗及预防手段发展有重大意义。但是由于人和动物种属差异及肝纤维化的病因多样性,肝纤维化动物模型的建立还处于不断研究和探索中。本文就近期研究领域中较成熟的肝纤维化模型进行了简要综述,以供基础及临床研究参考。

Research Progress of Liver Fibrosis of Animal Model

It is very important to establish an ideal model of liver fibrosis for pathogenesis mechanism,early diagnosis and early treatment methods of prevention in the clinic practice.However,because of the person and animal species difference and various pathogensis of liver fibrosis,the establishment of liver fibrosis animal model is also in continuous studies and exploration.We make a brief summary in recent years about development of recent animal models of liver fibrosis in this article,so that it can provide a reference for researchers in experimental study and clinical study.
