居民住宅溴敌隆稻谷毒饵灭鼠效果研究

摘    要:目的研究适合武汉居民住宅的毒饵灭鼠方法,查找市民使用稻谷毒饵灭鼠效果不好的原因。方法实验人员进入分散的居民住宅用溴敌隆稻谷毒饵灭鼠,并对居民进行面对面灭鼠宣传,记录家栖鼠侵害地点等信息。试验进行8周,每周查看处理一次,试验结束前评估灭效。同时进行居民自行灭鼠试验,向居民赠送溴敌隆稻谷毒饵,不给居民技术指导。6~8周对灭鼠效果进行评估,记录存在的问题。结果试验人员人户灭鼠试验共测试67户住宅,家栖鼠主要侵害厨房、阳台、暗楼等部位。8周灭鼠有效、部分有效及无效住宅分别占71.6%、22.4%及6.0%。有效户和部分有效户8周平均用稻谷毒饵400g。28户居民自行灭鼠,8周灭鼠有效、部分有效及无效住宅分别占14.3%、7.1%及78.6%,灭鼠效果低于试验人员人户灭鼠试验。导致居民自行灭鼠效果不好的主要原因是:①用药量太少;②毒饵消耗完毕未补药;③投药地点不对或太少。结论溴敌隆稻谷毒饵适合用于武汉居民住宅灭鼠,应用时需要对居民进行有针对性的技术指导。

Abstract:Objective To study rodent control methods for urban dwellings by rat bait and investigate the cause of poor control of bromadiolone paddy bait by Wuhan residents for their dwellings. Methods Researchers manipulated bromadiolone paddy bait control of commensal rodent for scattered dwellings and the residents were given rodent control education. Rodent infested spots of those dwellings and other useful information were recorded. The trial was carried out for 8 weeks, follow-up practices were taken once a week. The efficacy was estimated before the end of the trial. In self-conducted rodent control trial of residents, the same kind of bait was provided by researchers with no education and rodent control efficacy was estimated after 6 - 8 weeks, demerits of residents in the control were recorded. Results In researchers manipulated control, 67 dwellings were researched, rodent infested mainly in kitchens, balconies and blindstories. The percent of effective, partly effective and none effective control dwellings were 71.6% , 22. 4% and 6. 0% respectively. The average dosage of bromadiolone paddy bait per house for effective and partly effective dwellings was 400 g. 28 dwellings were tested in self-conducted rodent control trial of residents, percent of effective, partly effective and none effective control dwellings were 14. 3% , 7.1% and 78.6% respectively, which deratization rate was lower than researchers manipulated control. Conclusion Bromadiolone paddy bait is suitable for dwellings rodent control in Wuhan, rodent control education should be given aimly to residents.
