摘    要:目的:优选壮药香花护乳凝胶剂的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计,以醇沉干膏量和干膏中咖啡酸的含量为考察指标,考察加水量、提取时间、煎煮次数、醇沉倍数等对提取效果的影响。结果:提取2次,每次1.5h,第一次加13倍水,第二次加11倍水,用3倍量95%乙醇醇沉为最佳提取工艺。结论:优化的工艺简单易行,适用于实际生产。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Zhuangyao Xianghua Huru gel. Methods: The content of caffeic acid and the yield of alcohol deposit dry extract were used as index; the effects of water volume, boiling times, extraction time and alcohol deposit multiple on the result of extraction were also e valuated by orthogonal design. Results: The optimum processing conditions for Xianghua Huru gel were as follows: two times of extracting, 1.5 h for each time, the first time was 10 times the amounts of water and the second time was 11 times, and amount of ethanol (95%) was 3 times. Conclusion: Optimize extraction technology was simple and feasible, applied to the practical manufacture.
