高下颌平面角和低下颌平面角女性患者牙齿移动的观察分析

摘    要:目的:观察用相同方法,在关闭拔牙间隙时,高角、低角患者牙齿移动的情况。方法:选择高角、低角女性患者各30名,组成两组:A组和B组(即高角组和低角组),采用相同方法关闭拔牙间隙,观察间隙关闭的速度,后牙前移的距离。结果:高角患者对力的反应要快于低角患者,牙齿开始稳定移动后,无论高角、低角患者,牙齿移动情况是相似的,在一定距离内,两组患者支抗丢失都很小,当需关闭间隙过大时,就会出现支抗丢失情况。结论:牙齿移动速度可能与患者骨质情况有较大关系,选择支抗时要考虑患者面角、性别、年龄、种族和牙齿所需移动的距离。关闭拔牙间隙时,选择支抗除了要考虑面角的不同以外,牙齿所需移动距离也要考虑,当移动距离较大时,应选择较强支抗。

Abstract:Objective To observe the tooth movement in femal patients with high mandibular plane angle(high angle) and low mandibular plane angle(low angle),when closing extraction space by the same way.Methods Put 30 femal patients with high mandibular plane angle into group A(high angle),and Put 30 femal patients with low mandibular plane angle into group B(low angle).Closing their extraction space by the same way and record the speed of tooth movement and the forward-going distance of maxillar first molar.Results The tooth of patients in group Awas moved ealerer than that of group Bin a certain times,but after that,there was not difference in two groups.Conclusion The speed of tooth movement correlate with alveolar bone,so when selecting anchorage to close extraction space,we shoud pay attention to the patient's mandibular plane angle,sex,age,race and the distance of tooth movement.
