甘草锌辅佐治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效观察

目的探讨甘草锌颗粒冲剂辅佐治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法105例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组（常规治疗加服甘草锌颗粒冲剂）55例及对照组（常规治疗,未口服甘草锌颗粒冲剂）50例进行治疗,并检测所有病例血锌浓度变化。结果对比治疗组与对照组粪便性状、次数、全身症状恢复情况及血锌浓度变化,差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论应用甘草锌颗粒冲剂辅佐治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效肯定、显著。

Clinical Observations on Curative Effects of Licorzinc Particles in Adjuvant Treating Rotavirus Enteritis

Objective To investigate the curative effects and mechanisms of licorzinc particles in adjuvant treating rotavirus enteritis. Methods 105 child patients were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. The experimental group had 55 cases and was treated with routine therapy and licorzinc particles,and the control group had 50 cases and treated with only routine therapy. Besides,the concentration of zinc in blood was detected in all the cases. Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had better and faster curative effects in improving stool character,number of times and total body symptom,and also had higher concentration of zinc in blood. The difference was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The curative effects of licorzinc particles in adjuvant treating rotavirus enteritis is outstanding. The mechanism might rest with the role of zinc in regulating immunological function.
