预防性应用云南白药对减少隆乳手术出血的效果研究

目的研究云南白药在隆乳手术中预防出血的效果和安全性。方法通过随机、前瞻、安慰剂对照的方法对收治的56例隆乳手术者给予术前3 d预防性应用云南白药,并对失血量,以及术前、术后血红蛋白、血细胞比容、凝血酶原时间进行分析研究。结果与对照组比较,预防性应用云南白药组总失血量减少23%（P〈0.05）,术后血红蛋白、血细胞比容指标明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;术前、术后凝血酶原时间均较对照组明显缩短。未发现与应用云南白药相关的并发症。结论预防性应用云南白药为隆乳手术减少失血提供了一个有效、安全和廉价的方法。

Study on Reducing Bleeding Effects of Prophylactic Application of Yunnan Baiyao in Breast Augmentation Operation

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of prophylactic use of Yunnan Baiyao in operation of breast augmentation.Methods 56 consecutive patients undergoing breast augmentation were studied.Outcome measures included total blood loss,amount of blood transfusion,as well as preoperative hemoglobin,postoperative hemoglobin,hematocrete levels and PT.Results Statistical analysis showed patients who received Yunna Baiyao had 23% reduction of blood loss（P〈0.05）,postoperative hemoglobin and hematocrete levels are higher than the control group.PT of preoperation and postoperation had an obvious reduction compared with the control group.There were no complications related to the use of Yunnan Baiyao in this study.Conclusion The prophylactic use of Yunnan Baiyao provides an effective,safe,and cheap method for reducing blood loss in operation of breast augmentation.
