| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无症状膀胱肿瘤的临床特征、诊治方法。方法对27例无症状膀胱肿瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并与同期170例有症状就诊,诊断为膀胱肿瘤患者的临床资料进行比较。结果与有症状膀胱肿瘤相比,无症状膀胱肿瘤均为TaT1期肿瘤,多数病理分级低。结论超声检查对早期发现无症状膀胱肿瘤有重要作用。无症状膀胱肿瘤中膀胱癌多见,但恶性程度低,肿瘤表浅,预后良好,术后复发率低。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of incidental bladder tumor.Methods Clinical data of 27 cases of incidental bladder tumor were retrospectively analyzed,and compared with those of 170 cases of non-incidental bladder tumor.Results Compared to the non-incidental bladder tumor,incidental bladder tumor was in stage Ta～T1 and most in low pathological grade.Conclusion Ultrasound is important in early detection of incidental bladder tumor.Bladder carcinoma is the common type of incidental bladder tumor which is often superficial with low malignancy and good prognosis.The frequency of recurrence after operation is very low. |
