手法治疗急性足下垂型腰椎间盘突出症

目的探讨脊柱定点旋转复位法为主的非手术综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并足下垂的疗效及临床特点。方法回顾分析我院1996—2006年诊治的35例腰椎间盘突出症并发急性足下垂患者的临床资料。全部采用脊柱定点旋转复位法为主的非手术综合疗法治疗。结果手法治疗后有12例足背伸肌力恢复到正常肌力Ⅴ级,2年后,34例获得随访,足背伸肌力恢复至正常Ⅴ级肌力者22例。结论腰椎间盘突出症合并足下垂患者,运用脊柱定点旋转复位法为主的非手术综合疗法的疗效是确切的,在患者不愿手术的前提下,可选择该疗法。

Manipulative Orthopedic Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Acute Drop Foot

Objective To explore the manipulative orthopedic outcome and clinical characteristics of lumbar disc herniation with acute drop foot.Methods 35 cases of lumbar disc herniation with acute drop foot from 1996 to 2006 were reviewed retrospectively.All cases underwent manipulative orthopedic treatment.Results After manipulative orthopedic treatment,12 cases recovered to normal muscle power V level,34 cases were followed 2 years later,22 cases of patients recovered to normal V level.Conclusion It is general well that manipulative orthopedic treatment of the acute drop foot caused by lumbar disc herniation if the surgical treatment was not choosed.
