| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者（T2DM）颈动脉内膜-中层厚度（IMT）、斑块形成情况与血浆溶血磷脂酸（LPA）含量的关系。方法采用彩色多普勒超声测定64例T2DM患者与40例正常对照组IMT及斑块。并采用无机磷定量法提取全部受试者血浆LPA。结果T2DM患者较正常对照组IMT明显增厚，正常对照组无颈动脉狭窄，T2DM组12.5％有颈动脉狭窄。线性回归分析显示：两组IMT与血浆LPA含量呈正相关。结论T2DM患者IMT、斑块形成与血浆LPA含量呈高度正相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between carotid intima-media thickness, plaque formation and plasma LPA content in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Color Doppler ultrasound was used to exam IMT and plaque of 64 cases of T2DM group and 40 cases of normal control group. And all subjects＇ plasma LPA were extracted by means of quantitative inorganic phosphorus. Results T2DM group is obviously thicker than normal control group IMT, the normal control group have no carotid stenosis, 12.5% cases of T2DM group have carotid artery stenosis. Linear regression analysis showed that： IMT and plasma LPA content of the two groups was positively correlated. Conclusion T2DM groups IMT,plaque formation and plasma LPA content was high-positive correlation. |
