甲磺酸罗哌卡因与盐酸罗哌卡因臂丛神经阻滞效果的比较

目的比较甲磺酸罗哌卡因与盐酸罗哌卡因臂丛神经阻滞的效果。方法拟行上肢手术患者80例,随机分为两组（n=40）,实验组0.596%甲磺酸罗哌卡因20 ml,对照组0.375%盐酸罗哌卡因20 ml,行肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞。记录患者生命体征、麻醉起效时间、麻醉有效时间、不良反应、麻醉满意度。结果两组患者生命体征、麻醉起效时间、麻醉有效时间、麻醉满意度及不良反应的发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论0.596%甲磺酸罗哌卡因与0.375%盐酸罗哌卡因肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞具有相似的麻醉效果及安全性。

Comparative Study on the Effect of Branchial Plexus Block between Phentolamine Ropivacaine and Hydrochloric Ropivacaine

Objective To compare the effect of branchial plexus block Between phentolamine ropivacaine and hydrochloric ropivacaine.Methods We entrolled 80 patients would go on upper limb operations.The patients were randomly divided into two groups（n=40）.Inter-sulcus muscularis branchial plexus block was operated on both groups.The trial group was treated with 0.596% phentolamine ropivacaine,the control group was treated with 0.375% hydrochloric ropivacaine.Then,patients＇ vital sign,initial effective time of anaesthesia,duration time of anaesthesia,satisfaction rate of anaesthesia was recorded.Results The discrepancy between two groups＇ patients in their vital sign,initial effective time of anaesthesia,duration time of anaesthesia,satisfaction rate of anaesthesia and probability of adverse reaction have no statistical significance.Conclusion 0.596% phentolamine ropivacaine and 0.375% hydrochloric ropivacaine have similar anaesthesia effects and securities in inter-sulcus muscularis branchial plexus block.
