| 摘 要： | 观察刺五加注射液治疗脑梗塞的疗效,采用单盲随机法,设治疗组(刺五加注射液)120例,对照组(丹参注射液)30例,疗程14天。结果治疗组总有效率90.00％,对照组为86.67％;治疗组显效率50.00％,对照组为26.67％(P<0.05),对中风症状两组均有明显改善作用;对脑CT观察,治疗组(77例)改善率53.25％,对照组为33.33％。提示刺五加注射液治疗脑梗塞疗效更好。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical efficacy of Acanthopanacis Senticosi Injection" in the treatment of cerebral infarction, with single-blind methods, 120 cases in treatment group were treated by " Acanthopanacis Senticosi Injection" and another 30 cases in control group by"Danshen Injection" for 14 days respectively. Results showed that the total effective rate was 90.00% in treatment group and 80.67% in control group;the marked effective rate was 50.00% in treatment group and 26.67% in control group, P < 0.05; the apoplectic symptoms improved in both groups; head CT scan revealed that the improvement rate was 53.25% in treatment group and 33.33% in control group. It is indicated that" Acanthopanacis Senticosi Injection" has better effects on cerebral infarction. |
