卫生检验信息管理系统的研制

摘    要:[目的]研制卫生检验信息管理系统取代传统手工方式进行检验申请、原始记录、结果计算、卫生学评价及出具检验报告。[方法]在Windows 2000 Server网络环境下,以SQL Server 2000为后台数据库,采用VB6.0和VC 6.0为系统开发工具。[结果]以样品代码引导的关系型数据库结构不仅允许评价标准、检验项目和检验依据的变更或增减,而且有利于样品代码的拓展和系统的维护;样品信息登录后,系统自动生成样品卡、收费清单;实验值登录后,系统对应检验方法的计算公式和评价标准自动计算和评价结果、自动合成检验报告。系统现有功能模块8个,样品代码392个,评价标准信息4059条,检验依据信息4615条,理化记录格式151种,微生物记录格式25种,打印报告格式≥22种,已完成检验报告19925份。[结论]应用计算机软件技术对卫生检验整个过程进行管理与控制切实可行,它在信息共享、减少差错、提高工效、实施规范、确保质量等方面起到重要作用。

Abstract:To develop a laboratory information management system (LIMS) for substituting manual operations to apply for inspection,make original records,calculate results,evaluate hygienic quality and write inspection reports. Supported by SQL Server 2000 as its database,VB 6 0 and VC++6 0 were adopted as development tools under the platform of Windows 2000 server. Using the sample code to lead relational database structure not only allow users to update evaluation standard and testing items and basis but also to facilitate the sample code enlargement and system maintenance as well. After entering the sample information ,sample cards,statement of account will be automatically formed. Also,after entering the values of quantity,the system will use proper computing formulas and evaluation standard to compute and evaluate the results as well as compose the reports. Right now the system has 8 functional models,392 sample codes,4 059 pieces of evaluation standard and 4 615 pieces of testing basis. It contains 151 and 25 recording formats of chemical and microbiological analysis respectively,so far the system has composed 19 925 inspection reports. [Conclusion] It is feasible to apply computer software technology to health laboratory technology and testing through the whole process under good control and monitor. It plays an important role in sharing the information,reduction of errors,raising working efficiency,enforcing regulation,ensuring the quality and many other aspects.
