不同产地北柴胡质量的化学模式识别研究

摘    要:目的:建立北柴胡药材质量评价的化学模式识别方法.方法:采用RP-HPLC法定量分析国内15个不同产地的北柴胡样品中三种柴胡皂苷的含量,系统聚类分析法对其进行化学模式识别研究.结果:15个产地的北柴胡样品按其质量等级划分为四类,其中山西太原和陕西宝鸡的北柴胡药材中指标成分含量较高.结论:该方法可用于北柴胡药材的质量评价.

Abstract:Objective: To establish a system of chemical pattern recognition on the quality assessment of Bupleurum chinense DC. Method: The content of saikosaponin a,c,d in Bupleurum chinense DC. samples from 15 different batitats in China was determinated by RP-HPLC method. The chemical compositions were studied by the hierarchical clustering analysis to conduct the chemical pattern recognition. Result: The 15 samples from different habitat were divided into 4 categories according to their levels of quality. The content of active components in Bupleurum chinense DC. samples from Taiyuan and Baoji were relatively higher than that from other habitat. Conclusion: This method is feasible to evaluate the quality of Bupleurum chinense DC.
