人工流产术对产后出血的影响

为探讨人工流产术与产妇产后出血的关系，对690例分娩者就人工流产史，人工流产次数以及产妇与产后出血的关系进行了观察。结果显示：有人工流产史者其产后出血的发生率较高，且出血的发生率也增加；人工流产次数增加其产后出血的发生率增加；且有人工流产史者前置胎盘的发生率增多。提示，人工流产术可为产后出血的原因之一。因此，应做好计划生育宣传，尽可能做到首次妊娠分娩，以避免产后出血。

Impact of Induced Abortion on Postpartum Hemorrhage

To probe into the relations between induced abortion and postpartum hemorrhage, the relations between history of induced abortion, times of induced abortion, ages of parturient and postpartum hemorrhage in 690 cases of women with childbirth were observed. Results showed that those who had a history of induced abortion had a high incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, and they also had an increased quantity of bleeding. As the age of these parturient grew, and if they underwent more induced abortion, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage increased as well. Moreover, if one had a history of induced abortion, the incidence of placenta previa also increased. Suggested that induced abortion may be one of the causes of postpartum hemorrhage. Therefore, it is better to follow the family planing program,to try one's best to give childbirth when she was first got pregnant, so to avoid postpartum hemorrhage.
