| 摘 要： | 目的研究短串联重复序列(STR)基因座D2S441在山西地区的遗传多态性,获得相应的群体遗传学数据,探究在法医学应用中的意义。方法在山西地区随机抽取120名无血缘关系汉族个体,提取静脉血DNA,应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳(PAGE)分型。结果山西地区汉族群体D2S441基因座发现7个等位基因及11种基因型,其基因型分布符合Hardy-Weiberg平衡(P>0.05)。其个人识别能力(DP)和非父排除率(PE)为0.896和0.360,其重复序列为TCTA]n。结论D2S441基因座在群体遗传学研究和法医学个人识别中有较高的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study genetic polymorphism of D2S441 locus in Han population in Shanxi.Methods With polymerase chain reaction(PCR),D2S441 locus was amplified on DNA samples,which were extracted from 120 unrelated individuals.The PCR products were analyzed by PAGE vertical electrophoresis.Results Seven alleles and eleven genotypes were found.The genotype distribution of D2S441 locus was in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(P>0.05).The discriminating power(DP) and power of exclusion(PE) was 0.896 and 0.360,respectively.Conclusion The results demonstrated that this locus can be used in forensic medicine and in other genetic researcies. |
