| 摘 要： | 目的:观察刺络拔罐加针刺治疗肝胆湿热型周围性面神经麻痹急性期的临床疗效。方法:将患者随机分为观察组、对照组各60例,分别采用刺络拔罐加针刺治疗(观察组)及单纯针刺治疗(对照组)的方法,共治疗3个疗程。结果:治疗1个月后观察组症状、体征评分及疗效均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:刺络拔罐加针刺治疗优于针刺治疗,对肝胆湿热型面神经麻痹急性期有较好的临床疗效。
