| Abstract: | Objective To observe the influence of CD147-shRNA on expression of MMP-9 and AFP of HepG2 cell.Methods Transfect the pBS/U6/CD147-shRNA3 synthesized and screened before in our laboratory into HepG2 cell,detect the expression of MMP-9 and AFP by Westernblot.Results The expression of precursor and activated MMP-9 was prohibited after transfect 0.3 μg and 1 μg pBS/U6/ CD147-shRNA3;the expression of AFP was suppressed by about 80%~90%.Conclusions Silence CD147 gene by RNAi can obviously inhibit the expression of MMP-9 and AFP of HepG2 cell. |
