保定市1994～2004年人间布氏菌病流行特点及分析

目的 分析保定市1994～2004年人间布氏菌病流行特点，为布氏菌病防治提供科学依据。方法 收集1994～2004年本市布氏菌病患者个案资料进行分析。结果 发病人数显著增加；发病以从事羊只饲养、屠宰、皮毛加工人员为主；4～8月份为发病高峰；发病至确诊间隔时间长，及时诊断率低。结论 保定市人间布氏菌病疫情有上升趋势，局部地区存在布氏菌病暴发流行的可能性。

Epidemiological analysis of human brucellosis in Baoding City during 1994 to 2004

Objective To provide scientific measure for prevention and control of brucellosis through analysis of epidemic characteristics of human brucellosis in Baoding City during 1994 to 2004. Method Data collected from brucellosis patients in Baoding City during 1994 to 2004. Results The incidence has greatly increased; The incidence rate is higher in the peoples who raise and butcher their sheep and process fur of animals than other peoples;The incidence brucellosis appeared highest in April to August;The delay from incidence to diagnosis is long;The seasonable diagnostic rate is low. Conclusions The tendency of human brucellosis is up during1994 to 2004,existing the possibility of outbreak and epidemic.
