舒适护理在四肢骨折术后功能锻炼中的应用

目的将舒适护理模式应用于四肢骨折患者术后功能锻炼,提高患者对功能锻炼的耐受力。方法将2006年1月-2007年12月在我科住院的上、下肢骨折术后患者共78例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各39例。2组均在CPM上进行功能锻炼,其中对照组在进行CPM功能锻炼前不采用任何干预措施,治疗组在进行CPM功能锻炼前先采用多源频谱仪或热水袋热敷患处15min～20min后再进行CPM功能锻炼。结果在CPM功能锻炼前让患者热敷或采用多源频谱仪照射患肢后,能让患者更舒适、更有效地进行功能锻炼。治疗组在治疗前后关节活动度及关节功能评分比较,其结果明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论将舒适护理应用于四肢骨折术后功能锻炼,患者感觉舒适,同时锻炼效果大大提高。

Application of comfortable nursing in improving durability of function exercises in limbs fracture patients after operation
